We offer both in-person and remote planning support to meet you where you are. Whether you’d prefer to walk through the space together or hop on a video call from home, we’re here to make the process comfortable and convenient. From layout chats to final walkthroughs, we’ll guide you through it all — in whatever way works best for your schedule and your peace of mind.

If you're planning from another city (or time zone), we offer flexible in-person and remote check-ins to make things easy. From virtual tours to layout reviews and final walkthroughs, we’re here to support you — no matter where you’re planning from.

We offer two thoughtful ways to celebrate — whether you’re looking for a fully curated experience

All-Inclusive Weddings

For couples who want to hand off the details and focus on being present, we offer a limited number of all-inclusive weddings each year. These events are fully planned, designed, and managed by us, including catering by Meadowlark, house florals, bar service, staffing, and setup/cleanup. It’s a deeply personalized experience rooted in beauty, care, and ease.

Venue Rental + A La Carte Add-Ons

If you’re planning your own team and vision, we offer flexible venue rentals that allow you to bring in your own vendors. You’ll get access to our unique space and helpful resources, plus the option to add a la carte services like florals, table decor, or lounge furniture.

We do require that couples provide their own licensed catering/bar staffing and professional planner with day-of coordination to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience.

Whether you’re going all-in or creating something more DIY, we’re here to support you with honesty, heart, and flexibility — because every couple deserves a celebration that feels like them.
